The Tartar, Wilson, of and from Liverpool to Africa, which was taken 31st January, by the Jahde French Frigate, given up as a Cartel, and carried into Fayal, has been restored to the owners, by an Order from the Chief Magistrate of that Island and arrived at Liverpool on Sunday.
