The Argo, Henderson, from London to Gibraltar:...was captured on the 25th August in Lat. 45.49 Long. 7.26 by the Comet French Privateer, from Bordeaux, of 14 Guns (6 long nines, and 8 carronades) about 130 men - sent to America.

The Argo, Henderson, from London to Gibraltar, is retaken by the Matchless, Page from Newfoundland, and sent for Gibraltar, where she had not arrived on 15th September; the Matchless arrived at Gibraltar 9th.

The Argo, Henderson, from London, with a small part of her cargo (copperas) on board ; was driven on shore at Gibraltar on 5th January.
